Excellent management of your buildings and technical facilities

The need to respond flexibly to the needs of both users and visitors to buildings has changed significantly. The proper management of the technical facilities also plays an important role in this. One of Q3-Facilities' main activities is contractual building management (facility management).

For us, building management is a total concept. Total unburdening, and only one point of contact. Technical problems can be reported directly by residents or tenants via our building management portal. As a client, you will of course receive a full report, possibly with automatic complaint alerts and an approval process.

Individual ad-hoc maintenance orders can also be performed. For non-urgent assignments we are happy to first make a quotation, urgent interventions, on the other hand, are carried out at a fixed hourly rate. For the facility management of your building(s), we can provide a permanent solution in the form of a service contract for the following activities:

Inspections

Periodic inspection, advice and preparation of maintenance plan. Think of: moisture measurements, EPC, safety and security, emergency lighting, (automatic) gates, roofing.

Planned maintenance

Carrying out planned maintenance on roofs, gutters, carrying out protective nano treatment. Cleaning facades and cleaning and repairing parking and driveway, including lines. Painting, plumbing and electrical work.

Handyman service, ad hoc

You can expect a quick response from us when urgent interventions are necessary. Solving urgent matters, such as leaks, sanitary and electrical problems.

Structural works

Carrying out structural works such as masonry, demolition, interior and exterior clearance and refurbishment.

Follow-up contractors

Maintenance of lifts, an intervention by the locksmith, annual inspection of security systems and fire extinguishers, annual inspection of the boiler, internet and telecom.

Check

We also carry out checks for you. You can think of checking the condition of an apartment at the end of the lease, checking the condition of a property upon purchase, checking work carried out by third parties and advice in conflict situations.
